MY FIINBOX ("we", "us") is launching soon. This page explains what personal information we collect on myfiinbox.com and the Partner Portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Interest forms (customer and partner): your name, mobile number, email, state, city, the plan or interest you select and an optional note.
- Partner Portal demo: name and mobile number entered to try the demo. Demo and portal data you enter is stored in your own browser on your device.
- Usage data: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, the device and browser used, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you early access.
- To contact you about MY FIINBOX services you asked about.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example hosting, email and analytics providers), and with lenders, insurers or other providers only when you ask us to process a service with them. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe and how long
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (https) connections and restricted access to enquiry records. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purpose above or as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@myfiinbox.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out tools for Analytics. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights to access, correction and erasure of your personal data and to have grievances addressed.
Grievances
For any privacy concern, write to info@myfiinbox.com with the subject "Privacy". We will acknowledge your message and work to resolve it within a reasonable time.
Children
The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
